It looks like Egypt in here!!

Students have been learning all about ancient Egypt.  After digging deep into 4000 year old artifacts, they each made a fabulous mini pyramid.  They've included a drawing of themselves as a sphinx, their name written in hieroglyphics, a sentence in hieroglyphics, and decorations.  The pyramid building was our culminating activity that ends our unit on Egypt.  Here are some pictures from various grade levels.

Some of Mr. Sultan's class pyramids

Some of Mrs. Rodger's class pyramids

Some of Mrs. Coats' class pyramids

Some of Ms. Gove's class pyramids

Some of Mrs. Brann class pyramids

Keep watching, as more classes finish this project, their pictures will be added.
